Optional Feeding Systems Whilst “simplicity is best?the IBC can be supplied with docking stations that provides a constant feeding systems irrespective of the varying product head load in the bin. Clean in place washing systems. The product level can be monitored by load cells or Ultrasonic sensors for recipes, batch recording or online flow control.
Easy Storage When used for storage, the bins can be stacked two high if both bins are full. You will enjoy the advantages of a rigid plastic container as opposed to flexible bag which are hard to keep clean, need the liner replaced each time and needs special liner tensioning to ensure complete discharge. The Rigid IBC will also handle the contents of conventional Flexible IBC’s.
